About me
After a successful career in business, Susan Beckingham has created, planned and managed weddings and civil partnerships in hotels, marquees and converted barns throughout East and West Sussex; she has sourced bespoke dress designers, upmarket cake makers, sports cars, a red Routemaster bus, an ice cream van, Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley and has even hired diamonds for the bride...and then brought them all together to create wonderful and memorable wedding days for her clients.
She’s a reassuring combination of industry expert, consultant and big sister and her attention to detail on your behalf means that she know what will work (and what won’t!) on your special day. She appears regularly in the local press and is often called to give her opinions on everything wedding-related on Radio 5 live!
Susan has built up a network of solid and positive working relationships within the wedding industry and will negotiate on your behalf to make sure that you get the best value for money; she’s well-respected, knows her stuff and can spot the perfect supplier for you at 50 paces.
Remember, too, that as your wedding planner Susan is available to meet you out-of-hours and at weekends and if you so choose, can accompany you on venue and supplier sourcing visits as part of the Full Perfect Day Planning Service.

Perfect Day is an independent wedding planning company - this means we're impartial and not tied to any venue nor third parties or suppliers - and we don't take commission. Any recommendations will be based entirely on the suitability for your event and for no other reason. Any discounts negotiated will be passed straight to you.
